The GAP

Here the audience become voyeurs. Peeping through holes and gaps onto a stage in a constantly changing spectrum of shining colours, they are given a glimpse of everyday situations. Two friends, a pair of lovers, a clique of four – all people whom we come up against in daily life, see but do not really notice. Now, however, our powers of observation are challenged by four performers dancing to live music played by the band MED. The show has intimate and dynamic solo and ensemble scenes, and varies between hip-hop and contemporary dance. Thus, we are made aware of how little we allow ourselves to get involved in the events taking place in our immediate surroundings.
