If I dance for you and you just don't feel it, who of us has failed? Can working on your feelings be alienated work? SANFTE ARBEIT (formerly Artmann&Duvoisin) opens up sites of emotional labour between hyperidentification and alienation based on dialogues with people in care work. Between dance, music and language, Service und Gefühl provides indiscrete information about working and everyday realities that are characterized by more or less successful emotion management and place sentiment in a service context.
