Moving Balkans - a regional platform for contemporary dance

Moving Balkans – the Regional Contemporary Dance Platform, is a collaborative effort involving dance professionals such as presenters, dance houses, experts, and promoters across the Balkan region. Their collective goal is to propel contemporary dance in the area, making it not only relevant but competitive on the European and world stage. With a consortium of 12 primary partners and an additional 12 associate partners, the project encompasses an extensive geographical area, spanning countries such as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Greece, North Macedonia, and Turkey. Their aim is to build upon existing achievements and leveraging the insights and experiences of mature pan-European networks and esteemed institutions.
