BLACK

Choreography: Young-hyun Choi

Human bodies, objects, “perfect darkness” and lights create intense images that reveal the subtleness of emotions and relationships. In the darkness, artificial lights collide with human bodies that are used as materials and focus on the aesthetics that exist within the physical structure of the body itself, rather than the choreographic element it delivers. BLACK visualizes our deep-rooted unconscious emotions by dramatizing them and emphasizes that human beings are relational beings.
