Values of Solidarity

In this group session, we take a rather playful approach to engage with values of solidarity. We will use “The Gamified Workshop Toolkit”, which has been developed by Anikó Rácz, Doreen Toutikian, and Dorota Ogrodzkae in the frame of the RESHAPE project, as a tool to promote collaborative communication.

It gives participants a chance to express what values are important to them, to understand how others think and what is crucial and necessary for them to work together. The group session will provide inspiration and an opportunity to reflect on how future teams from different contexts can deal with possible challenges by jointly facing hypothetical conflict scenarios as part of the game.
