CREATURE

Choreography: Ben J. Riepe

CREATURE is an immersive performance parcourse examining the re-location of the human as one of many creatures of nature. In the face of the current pandemic and the climate crisis, choreographer Ben J. Riepe and his team scrutinize the self-appointed role of the human as the crown of creation and raise the questions: “What new alliances do we need in the future?” and “What might a resulting new attitude towards a multi-perspectival ‘earthlingness’ beyond a purely anthropocentric view of the world look like?” CREATURE has been performed in different settings and adapts to the given space.
