Dance Dramaturgy – the importance of the outside eye

Dramaturgy is still a discipline that can be found above all in spoken theatre and is particularly widespread in Western Europe. Dance dramaturgy is particularly important and has a strong tradition German dance theatre. We invited dance dramaturgy experts to discuss their working methods and to show what enrichment the work of the outside eye offers for the pieces and choreographers.
