Outspoken is a reflection on the limits of dance as a means of expression. Yang Hao faces the boundaries of a discipline he has studied since childhood. Owing to the fact that dance is in many respects less explicit than writing or speaking, a second person is invited on stage to represent a writer. The writer is always a local of the very place where the show is performed, so communication with the audience is guaranteed. Outspoken is the first collaboration between Yang Hao and dramaturge Alice Rensy.
