Two Room Apartment

Two areas mark out two rooms and a common living space. Niv Sheinfeld and Oren Laor, a couple in real life and on stage, pace off their relationship. Unsympathetically minimalist and astonishingly physical, they embrace each other, expose themselves, row, fight and love each other. In their own version of Nir Ben Gal’s and Liat Dror’s “Two Room Apartment“ (1987) they conduct a choreographic research into themselves, thereby naturally transcending the boundaries between performance and private life, between artistic “material” and authentic behavior.
